Read dependent I guess. You are up against at least one set of trips. How high trips do these guys need to have before they do something like this.

Also after they have both drawn 3 and told you they basically have nothing why do you draw 2? Draw 1 and get paid off by 2 pair.

 have to say i have a temptation to spew a third bet here, you likely murder their bet and raise hands.
Its a definite call IMO but maybe also a boarderline 3bet-spew.
