I have played some online limit and live nl in the past, but i recently decided to give online play another shot. I am currently playing .25/.50 on Full Tilt, and am not really sure how to read my poker tracker results. I feel that I am in the middle of a bad run of cards, but it could be poor play on my part.
5512 Hands
vp$ip: 17.62%
vp$ip sb: 23.85%

Went to SD: 30.30
Won $ at SD: 50.88
Won $ when saw Flop: 35.03%
Raised pre: 7.29%
Limp called: 0% ?

Aggression
PreFlop: .57
Flop: 1.38
Turn: 2.03
River: 2.65
Total(not including pre): 1.7

Folded to river bet: 57.04%

BB/100: -1.70

Position Stats - Net Won
Button: 36.60
1: 49.80
2: 22.55
3: 33:55
4: 1.20
5: 13.40
6: -16.30
BB: -117.05 (without posting blinds I am up 63.80)
SB: -70.70 (without posting blinds I am only down 3.20)

I feel as though i am playing too tight, but when i loosen up I just lose money. What are the major things i should be looking for?

Your comments are very much appreciated

Fnord is an unknown quantity at this point

I would rather get another vasectomy than play any form of Hold'em with a PFR below 10%.

You also seem to be too focused on not losing money.

Half of the flops I have seen have been from the blinds, I know I must be playing too tight, but Im not sure what to change

5000 hands isn't enough to start spotting too many leaks but I'd be interested to see your VP$IP by position. You may not be loosening up in later position as much as you could.

This seems kind of high for someone who only plays premium cards. Do you call down with overcards a lot? Maybe not letting go of top pair even when you think you're beat?

Here it looks like you're costing yourself some money missing out on Flop bets. Generally, the aggression factor on all the streets should be about the same and <2 is pretty passive. This could solve the other issue I referenced above as you'd be ending hands earlier.
