PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
UTG ($34.60)
Hero ($49.75)
CO ($30)
Button ($40.95)
SB ($39.65)
BB ($109.45)
Preflop: Hero is MP with Q , K , J , 5 . CO posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, CO (poster) checks, Button calls $0.50, SB completes, BB raises to $2.5, UTG calls $2, Hero calls $2, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls $2.
Flop: ($11) 5 , J , 2 (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets $10.45, UTG calls $10.45, Hero ...
No stats on any of the players, second or third orbit at the table, and I don't know how BB got his stack.
My friend and I (both are new to Omaha) are at odds over what to do here. The pot is big enough that we can shove all-in, but I don't think it's such a good idea against two opponents who don't seem to have much of an issue with putting in a lot of money here. I figure that one of these guys has the nut flush draw the majority of the time, and if one of them has a set or also has J5 for top two then my equity is shot.
If UTG folded here, I think betting pot/shoving would be best since BB could just be continuation-betting his aces or whatever, and even against a bare flush draw I'm ahead a bit (against AAxx with two hearts I'm 70%).
My friend believes that my hand is too strong to fold, but I think against two players with this action that our hand might not be strong enough to continue. Thoughts?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

It really sucks that there is no action in plo forums. just two one liners to this post.
I'm think that this is a must ship against most opponents. I don't think you can put UTG on a set or nfd. I'm pretty sure he will stack off with any pair + fd. You are also going to get naked top two type hands to stack off here with the flush draw out there and you have two overs and a flush draw to go with your two pair.
You are probably getting ran over in these games if you are folding hands like this. This hand is two strong not to go with. You are saying nfd and a set and yes you are in horrible shape if this is the case, but that is the worst case scenario. Do you make your decisions based on worst case in NL? A shove here is almost definitely +ev.

I don't call pre. It's a fine hand to raise from CO/BTN, but not one you want to play multi-way (almost never makes the nuts).
BB has AA here a ton (possibly NFD flush draw). Even if BB has AA + NFD you're still 55/45 and this pot is big.

Yeah, this hand is no great shakes preflop. This is the hardest you can possibly hit a board and if you are still wanting to fold it then you should just muck it preflop.

Totally agree with Swigg here, I dont call the PFR with this hand, as played original raiser usually have AA here, and FD is a definite possibility, and when you get the UTG call on such a board I dont see the caller doing it with anything less then set or NFD, especially since you hold 2nd and 3rd FD and the only SD is the wheel draw

No way someone is flat calling with a set on this board and I would greatly discount nfd's.
