hand 6: 3bet the turn, check call the river if he caps, otherwise bet out again and call the raise

hand 7: betting the turn again is fine too now that you picked up an additional 4 outs

hand 8: looks good

hand 9: raise the flop

hand 10: hmmmmm

what would the reasoning be behind raising the flop in hand 9? Youve got 2nd pair and no real strong draws against someone who 3-bet you preflop.

and from my experience, everytime i see that limp/raise play preflop, its almost always a fish who's holding a monster and thinking they're being tricky. (then again, i only play .5/1 and 1/2...i dunno if 2/4 is much different)

i raise to protect my hand, and to see if he has AK instead of an overpair.

Hand 6: 3-bet the flop.
Hand 7: Could've bet turn, but I wouldn't have either.
Hand 8: Looks good.
Hand 9: If you're gonna reraise him, do it on the flop when the bets are cheaper for information.
Hand 10: I dunno - SB probably has a weak king, but I'd call down.

Yeah...he had almost no money left, and I wanted to make sure he got it all in, hence the overcalls.

Hand 6: Put him in on the turn to speed things along
Hand 7: Standard
Hand 8: Standard unless the CO is a tight raiser
Hand 9: I like it, you're in past the flop anyway.
Han 10: Raise pre-flop to isolate the limper, buy the button, etc. I would raise the turn, fold to a 3-bet and check behind on the river unimproved.
