Preflop: Hero is Button with 3, 3.
1 fold, MP raises, CO calls, Hero calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 3, 8, 4 (4 players)
BB checks, MP checks, CO checks, Hero bets, BB raises, MP 3-bets, CO folds, Hero caps, BB folds, MP calls.

Turn: (8.25 BB) 9 (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets, MP raises, Hero calls.

River: (12.25 BB) 9 (2 players)
MP bets, Hero raises, MP calls.

Final Pot: 16.25 BB

Was just fooling around before a cash out with some spare change.... is this standard?

I think the preflop call is marginal at best, but I wouldn't even rank it that high (i.e. looks -EV to me). I basically always fold 33 after a raiser and just one cold-colder.

Post-flop looks standard.

You really need 5-1 or greater to cold call pocket pairs like these, making the call -EV.

you are getting 4,33 : 1 and I'd say it's fair to assume that this is in no way a -EV play. Break even at worst.
