Looks good. Original raiser could be raising a wide range in that position and your hand has huge equity.

limper is a fish and raiser is a REAL big weak tightly (I figure if he caps/ fires on the flop I’m way behind and can let it go on the flop or turn unimproved depending where he comes out firing again)

This is one of the bad spots to be in. If you have PokerTracker going, and know the guy is <5% PFR... how wrong is it to muck here? The really weak tight guys won't contest to many of your pots, so I think it is usually better just to let them go up against the fish when they show strength and you don't have a hand really worth 3-betting against a solid player.

I haven't had PT, GT or any of that other stuff going. Probably could have used it here. If I KNEW the guy was solid I could have laid down. AK and AJ beat me, and I know opp has an A from the stop-n-go on the turn. OUCH. PT could have told me to muck preflop. Doing your homework can save you some $$.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Lonnie is MP3 with Q, A.
UTG raises, 4 folds, Lonnie 3-bets, 4 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) J, A, 4 (2 players)
UTG bets, Lonnie raises, UTG calls.

Turn: (5.75 BB) A (2 players)
UTG bets, Lonnie calls.

River: (7.75 BB) T (2 players)
UTG bets, Lonnie calls.

Final Pot: 9.75 BB

Results in white below:
UTG has Ks Ah (three of a kind, aces).
Lonnie has Qd As (three of a kind, aces).
Outcome: UTG wins 9.75 BB.

This guys VP$IP was about 8% and he would give up on a hand WAY to easy, the guy could be pushed around, I figure the 3bet here gives me more then a bigger pot if I hit a draw, it gives me info on what this rock is playing (like I said he pulls a cap PF I know for 100% certainly I’m WAY behind)... I was going to play post flop accordingly to how it hit... the fish I’m not too worried about in this hand, he'll play about anything suited there... they are both passive players that I had noticed they could push around a bit if they missed... i'll post the full HH in a few days...

I make that laydown on a daily basis. But you need a few hands with the guy before considering it.
