Is this wrong? Should I be 3-betting these flops? I feel like most of the flop raises I see are just free card plays or senseless acts of aggression, and if I just call and lead the turn I'll have a much better idea where I stand depending on what they do.

Hand 1:
UTG I typically fold KJo, because it just doesn't do well enough if you face a raise from someone else. I hate open-limping anyway, if I'm first to open, I almost always raise or fold.
I would three-bet the flop. That way I continue to be the aggressor in the hand. If I'm capped by CO, then unless you have a read that he's an absolute maniac, then I have to re-evaluate. Typically, I would fire another shot on the turn if my re-raise is called and would check if I'm capped (Unless my hand improves on the turn, then I'm just going to fire another one out).
Hand 2:
Reraise this flop all day long. This is a great flop for you, and if someone flopped a set or two-pair, well, that's the way it goes. If you're capped, I may check/call the turn and river unless I improve or have a read that he's only got a pair from the flop. Also, that UTG bet on the river should make you wary. He's stuck in this hand for this long and suddenly came alive. This typically isn't bluffing at these limits. My guess is he either hit two-pair with Q8 or a straight with JT. Unimproved, I'm just going to call him down.

Hand 2:
Since the button has position on you I don't like the call of the raise on the flop. If you play it as you did and come out firing again on the turn it becomes pretty obvious you do have something good. I would think it better to maybe "tip" it and three-bet the flop, hoping to get capped, and possibly possibly getting out one more hand.
