Looks good. MP seems to be on something like KQ. SB probably has us beat with AA or QQ, but I can't fold in a pot that big and sleep well at night

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Yeah, I agree we're not folding here. But did I maybe need to put some more action in with MP in there too?

as I stated elsewhere
i would cap flop, but i guess with those stats it's close. Sample size is pretty small so i wouldn't completely rule out AQs or even AK.

his capping range, and especially his range on the flop is QQ+
just call down is fine after the flop because he wouldn't 3b with JJ and wouldn't cap AQs pf
worst hand he'll cap is AK which is doubtful since he has really passive pre-flop stats

Calling down seems best.
Short answer is that raising will ALWAYS cost us 2 more BB when we're behind (or when we are drawn out on) but will usually only win us 1 more BB when we're ahead (or hit a miracle K on the river).
Long answer:
SB would have to be pretty spewtarded to 3bet the flop with AK after the action preflop and on the flop.
His range is almost guaranteed to be AQs, QQ+. AQs is the least likely of these since he capped an early position raise and reraise.
Having MP in the pot is irrelevant if SB has us crushed. If we raise the turn SB will 3bet any hand that has us beat, which is fine if we can safely fold to a 3bet. The problem is he might also be feeling frisky and 3bet AQ. And on a rare day he will have KK. So we can't fold to a 3bet but will usually be way behind.
MP most likely has AK, AJ, KJ, maybe JJ. He could conceivably have AQ or KQ. He didn't raise SB on the flop but didn't fold when it was 3 bet either. If we raise the turn and SB 3 bets, MP will probably fold JJ, but not AK or KJ. He might wake up and realise AQ, KQ are no good. In other words having SB 3bet won't protect our hand against any MP holding that threatens us, and like i said if SB does 3bet we are probably WB.
On the river it's safe to assume MP has Qx or JJ or a hopeless AK. But we still can't raise because of if SB 3bets we get no more loose calls from MP, and SB will now definitely only 3bet a hand that has us beat.

The only argument you can make at the flop is that another bet (Ie flop re-raise) may get MP to fold.. .but in most cases, if a player is willing to cold call 2 bets, he's probably got a strong enough hand, OR mentally retarded enough to call 3 bets cold there too.
So... I think you played the hand very well. Smells like aces versus Kings.

The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
