Villain is agro, however usually has the goods, however I think this is typical villain flopping his hand face up.

UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.25, SB completes, BB raises to $1.25, UTG folds, Hero calls $1, SB calls $1.
Flop: ($4) 6 , 2 , J (3 players)

Why aren't you raising PF of 3betting?
You have AA one suited I think I 3bet here.

I thought you hated limp/3betting AAxx.
I usually don't raise AAxx hands pre. I barely raise anything pre. I'm not 3betting here because I don't want to announce my hand (I fully expect him to lead any flop for a PSB).

I hate doing it OOP. I probably just raise on the button here.

Limp-raising preflop with AAxxss on the button is awful. Raise as your first action, 3bet hard if you get raised.
Flop raise is also not good. If by "typical villain flopping his hand face up" you mean that he has AAxx here a lot, you are in awful shape if he has a 2nd club to go with his A . Hell, even if he has something like TJKx with clubs here's how it shakes down:
Omaha Hi: 820 enumerated boards containing Jc 2c 6d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
9s Ad Ah 2h 279 34.02 541 65.98 0 0.00 0.340
Js Kc Tc 4d 541 65.98 279 34.02 0 0.00 0.660
Even if he doesn't have the flush draw you aren't in a commanding position either:
Omaha Hi: 820 enumerated boards containing Jc 2c 6d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
9s Ad Ah 2h 482 58.78 338 41.22 0 0.00 0.588
Ks Js Tc 4d 338 41.22 482 58.78 0 0.00 0.412

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I thought he might have AA and be free-rolling, I also thought there was a good chance he had KKxx. I don't see many people raise KJTx type hands.
So, if I should be raising AAxx from the button, what else should I be raising?

Generally in 6max I will only raise from the CO/BTN
I raise 9TJQ JTQK KQJ9 and the like and most double pairs. I wont raise 2233 but I'll open 6677 or 88JJ.
I really don't think there is a set way to play PF and the fact is that is great about Omaha compared to NL is that you can own at these levels with just proper PF play. There aren't PF charts for this game (or at least I didn't find them) which makes it easier for the solid players.

I only tend to raise my favorite omaha hands in position. Double pairs, AAxx suited AKxx double suited, and my absolute favorite, A789 (or three connecting cards) with the A suited with one of the cards. If I hit this hand i'll often have the monster wrap straight and flush draw.
I won't 3bet AA because I don't want to telegraph my hand. You are rarely 60% pf in omaha, it is a post flop game.

This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

I'll happily raise any half-decent hand on the button (A975s suited to the A, 9986s, ...). AAxx isn't a very exciting hand, but raise it in position to ensure that it's a mistake for your opponents to 3-bet you.

Excellent point. at 25PL people don't 3bet without AAxx (the occasional shorty with KKxx or QQxx) but I will definitely consider this in the future.

My favorite hand is A678 with the suited Ace. So I guess Ginger and I have something in common.
I love the 9TJQ combo but it only works on rainbow flops.
