UTG was slightly tricky. He raised me in a couple standard cbetting spots and I folded. He was definitely aware of position. So, there is a distinct chance he is "pulling a move".

I hadn't played many hands with BB, but I had him pegged as a Holdem donk.

I raised pre-flop for deception, and it would be easy to let go if I missed.

2 draws, but neither to the nuts... Still good?

I like it if we're trying to fold out BB's better FD.

Given your read that he likes to push back against cbets, I don't think you will be in too bad of shape very often if you are called at all. You have a very strong hand, which, as it turns out, is even a money favorite 3-way against the nut flush and top 2 pair:

Omaha Hi: 666 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 282 42.34 384 57.66 0 0.00 0.423
Ks 2c Qd 9h 219 32.88 447 67.12 0 0.00 0.329
4c Ad 2d Th 165 24.77 501 75.23 0 0.00 0.248

The Q-9 combination on the flop can make some high wrap draws though. So it's possible you could end up in a situation such as this (note that on the flop your pair of 7's is leading temporarily):

Omaha Hi: 666 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 182 27.33 484 72.67 0 0.00 0.273
Js Ts 8c 3d 262 39.34 404 60.66 0 0.00 0.393
4c Ad 2d Th 222 33.33 444 66.67 0 0.00 0.333

Give one of them top pair and it's only marginally worse:

Omaha Hi: 666 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 169 25.38 497 74.62 0 0.00 0.254
Js Ts Kc 3d 223 33.48 439 65.92 4 0.60 0.338
4c Qd 2d Th 270 40.54 392 58.86 4 0.60 0.408

But anyways, heads up you are only a dog (slight dog even) against the higher pair+higher flush draw combination.

Omaha Hi: 820 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 358 43.66 462 56.34 0 0.00 0.437
4c Qd 2d Th 462 56.34 358 43.66 0 0.00 0.563

Heads up against a set you are a slight favorite:

Omaha Hi: 820 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 439 53.54 381 46.46 0 0.00 0.535
2s Qc Qd Th 381 46.46 439 53.54 0 0.00 0.465

This one is interesting- 3way against top set and nut flush draw you are just barely +EV:

Omaha Hi: 666 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 227 34.08 439 65.92 0 0.00 0.341
4s Qc Qd Ah 307 46.10 359 53.90 0 0.00 0.461
4c Ad 2d Th 132 19.82 534 80.18 0 0.00 0.198

So in conclusion it looks like there are almost no scenarios where you will be a dog, let a lone a big dog. Sounds like a good time to get the money in.

PS- Sorry for the long post, I felt like running a bunch of scenarios just to see what they look like. The site I use is http://www.pokertips.org/simulator/simulator.php
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Don't be sorry. I appreciate you taking the time. I ran a couple using the ftr calc:
http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com...Calculator.php

It seemed like a good situation to me, I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Against just top set (with no back-up draw) I am actually ahead. I figured one had Nut flush and other had a set, I was hoping the draw would fold.

Turns out I was behind BB, UTG folded (I'm guessing 2 pair, maybe a wrap) ...

Omaha Hi: 820 enumerated boards containing Qs 9d 7d
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 8d 5d 7h 368 44.88 452 55.12 0 0.00 0.449
Jc 3c Ad Kd 452 55.12 368 44.88 0 0.00 0.551

That seems like a bad call by the villain with Nut flush and a gutshot draw: 28 into 45 (maybe he figured UTG would also call, then again I have him pegged as a bad player)

Yea,

Pushing is def. read dependent. If he's mediocre he's not folding to a flop push with the NFD+GS.

Nothing you could do. You're flipping a coin with UTG's dead money so your play is +EV.
