BB is playing too loose pre and post. UTG instajammed. My notes on UTG:

bet JJxx on K45r and insta shut down when pfr c/c
open bad QQxx utg and call 3bet on 25bbs

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (CO) ($25)
Button ($8.35)
SB ($13.55)
BB ($62.05)
UTG ($9.20)
MP ($34.15)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, 6, 10, 9
UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB bets $1.25, BB calls $1, UTG calls $1, Hero calls $1

Flop: ($5) 5, 7, 10 (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1.25, UTG raises to $7.95 (All-In), Hero ???

I would let this go, especially with SB and BB left to act...certainly you may be laying down the best hand sometimes.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

I'd raise pre, or fold, this is a better HU hand. Plays fine if a shorty 3 bets also.

flop I would call and then fold if BB shoves flop or turn, it sounds lame but I think we have UTG crushed too often to fold flop

With how loose 25PLO is, I figure if I raise pre its going to be multiway like 80% of the time

Flatting pre is fine if you're going to pick up some pots even if you miss, and you don't expect the blinds to raise often. After the raise, lol position + odds.

If SB seems reasonable you can flat flop. BB likely has crap and you only need 36% equity IF the blinds get out of the way. My gut reaction is to fold flop, can't be very wrong.
