Raise more on the flop. Sure combo draws are "ahead", but they are quite rare. I think the word you are looking for is redraws (ie, if he has T7xx with hearts). With shallow money and people who will likely be chasing a boat/flush, you can't worry about those.

I am tempted to bet the last $1 on the river since there's no way he's folding whatever he has. His likeliest holding is a flush though, so it's just as possible that we will be throwing that $1 away.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Ive played a fair bit of limit recently and don't want to throw that $1 away.

Combo draws include what you said as well as JTxx two hearts and 7TJx etc. Get the point about the shallow money though.

I don't worry about facing the combo draw at 25PLO unless villain is proven decent and 3bets strong here. Pump flop with a full pot bet. You need to get the baby flushes, small sets, etc to fold or pay out the arse to draw.

Worrying about the combo draw seems like worrying that the villain always has the nuts.

At first glance I really didn't notice you had top and bottom pair. This needs to be felted as soon as possible.

If you just had the nuts no redraw I can see playing it slower until we see a turn card.
