Call, too weak to raise, too strong to fold, unlike hold 'em 2 pair on the board means that any full house is strong, he could be value betting trip aces here. He needs AA/AT/A8/TT to beat you, and AA would raise the flop TT might raise the flop, basically if you were good on the flop you're good now and he just called the flop on a draw heavy board. He could have called the flop on a draw too, I would only fold if my notes told me he was a nut camper that doesn't make moves.
