PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Most of the players are new to me. None of them have impressed me with anything in particular. The table overall is a bit loose passive. My image is, if anyone is paying attention, tight aggressive - my aggression has been pretty high because I've had a run of hot cards.
Preflop: Hero is CO with A , 5 .
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.
Flop: (7 SB) 5 , A , 4 (7 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.
Turn: (10.50 BB) 3 (7 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, SB raises, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, MP3 calls, Hero ???
This is one of those hands when you just hate the turn card. And you just know someone has a 2, but the pot is so damn big...
Do we pay off here, with another on the river unimproved? Do we call and fold to a bet on the river? Do we 3bet and maybe buy a free showdown?

Call here and call the river unless things get really hairy (ie, a heart comes off and people go nuts). SB could well be protecting his hand here by confronting the rest of the field with 2 bets cold. A3/A4/45/43 are all likely candidates, as are 44/55/33/A2/2x.
Raising is no good since we can't get any of the drawers to fold, and we will get 4 banged if we aren't ahead.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

call turn then unless it somehow becomes 2 bets call on the river as well. Yes you might be behind but this pot is way to big to think about folding for 1 bet

Yeah, more or less what I thought. I hate getting checkraised on the turn.
What I do love is when I have a hand like 67 that completes the top end of a wheel straight like half these guys were chasing.

I'm not 100% on this, but you're got more than enough bets in there to peel, hoping to river the full house. There is a chance you're ahead. those two together justify a call, and gettin' through the river as cheaply as possible. Say for 1 bet, but not for 2.

The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
