Hand 1

I was just having fun at this table - willing to lose $200 to see what it was like. Well, at this table at least, it was pure and total aggression. So this UTG raise meant, well it meant A rag up to AA. My question is (if I'm not gonna fold because you did have to protect both your button and your blinds in this game pretty aggressively) do I re-raise preflop or call to try and get some value with another caller(s) (maybe small blind will call too)?

Paradise Poker 10/20 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, T.
UTG raises, 1 fold,

Hero should??? The rest of the hand just played it itself out.

Hero calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) T, 9, 4 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, BB folds, UTG calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) K (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

River: (7.25 BB) 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB

Results in white below:
UTG has 8c 8d (two pair, eights and fours).
Hero has Kh Th (two pair, kings and tens).
Outcome: Hero wins 9.25 BB.

Hand 2

Paradise Poker 5/10 Hold'em (4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, 9.
1 fold, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, BB calls,

Hero ??? Do I call or raise there? I put him (SB) on 88 up or AK or AQ-AT suited

Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) T, 5, 2 (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets,

Do I raise here or call? I realize in a 10 player game folding might be an option, but in a 5 player game it's not really (IMHO) - I'm seeing this hand to the end unless an A comes off and he's still firing.

Hero calls, SB calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 2 (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets,

Hero ??? I'm starting to think ruh roh at this point but still can't fold - but also don't like SB still in the hand so don't like reraising here to get the AK out.

Hero calls, SB calls.

River plays it itself out - but I did like the call.

River: (9 BB) 9 (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls.

Final Pot: 13 BB

Results in white below:
BB has 7d 7c (two pair, sevens and twos).
Hero has 9d 9c (full house, nines full of twos).
Outcome: Hero wins 13 BB.

Hand 1: I think 3-betting is better than cold-calling but folding is best. The threat of domination is too large here.

Hand 2: I call the preflop 3-bet also. Raise the flop, failing that raise the turn. You probably have the best hand and you need to protect it.

Hand1 - 5 handed I think it's okay to call but 3-bet would be better if you're going to play it facing a raise.

Hand2 - I think you raise the flop. I wanna see just what he thinks of his hand while it's still cheap to do so.
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

You don't like to mix things up every once in a while? I had a blast at this table - well worth it.

Hand 1 - my thinking was a 3-bet would actually force the BB out. I wanted this three handed so that if I did hit I had a shot at a big pot. Then again UTG woulda capped preflop so the end pot woulda been about the same.

Hand 2 - yup, I shoulda raised
