$3/$6 HU. Villain seems competent. Pre is defo marginal but villain was folding a lot so I'm pretty sure it's fine. I guess I could just fold to his 3bet because he was tight, but I didn't want to show him that I'm opening complete garbage.

So my plan was to draw to the T, get some showdown value and try to force him to break his hand (he probably has a smooth draw here).

This is probably complete spew, but gotta be a little experimental imo

Pre Draw: (1.5 SB) Hero is BTN/SB with K Q J 8 3
Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls

First Draw: (6 SB) (2 players)
BB draws 1, Hero draws 3
Hand: A T 8 6 3
BB bets, Hero calls

Second Draw: (4 BB) (2 players)
BB stands pat, Hero draws 1
Hand: T 8 6 5 3
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero caps!

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
I have played very little HU 2-7, but I still think this is a fold predraw
As played after the 2nd draw if you think your villian will break an 8 or 9 low it is a good move
