1. I think it is OK to get the BB out
2. You improved, if you get one caller you can stand pat, I think it is a good bet
3. with 2 draws to go and oop I would definitly discard the 9

1) 237xx is a great starting hand and a definite raise from any position.
2) looks good.
3) two chances to make a strong eight or better against two opponents = draw.
