I call here with JT0, 45s, 68s and J8s.

What are you doing?
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I dont know, its something I'm constantly changing. I can trace all break even stretches back to my BB play. I'm too tight and I'm always looking for ways to improve and loosen up.

Although, I think any two suited facing a raiser and just ONE caller is still too much, I proved back in the spring that you need at least TWO callers to make that profitable in both the SB and BB. But, that was for any two suited, and I imagine any two suited and somewhat connected are a little more plausible, considering you get 5.5-1 to call already. So, your hand ranges look pretty correct but I wouldn't know as of this point.
