Yeah, this is the typical 10,000+ hand stats analysis. I'm nearing the point where I can transition from 0.10/0.20 to 0.25/0.50 since I'll have the required 300BB. Before I make the move, I want to be pretty sure that I'm doing well enough to make the move.
Granted, this database contains my early hands where I sucked REALLY bad. The second image reveals that I was playing 0.25/0.50 out of my bankroll, and I lost a lot of hands once a card rush ended.
Granted, I've been on somehwhat of a card rush now, but at the same time, I've won more and lost less money when I don't win a pot.
I'm working on getting my "Won $ at SD" up. It's been steadily increasing recently.
The graph at the end is just for fun. If anything, it can give hope to other novices (of which I am too) that yes, you can climb out of the Newbie Circle of Death. The peak around 4500 hands is where I thought I was on top of the world and knew everything there was to know about poker. Obviously, the downward motion of the graph shows how wrong I was. Looking back on those hands, some were bad beats, but many more losses were due to poor play. I nearly hit rock bottom ~9000 hands, and contemplated quitting the game. Then, I re-read SSH for a third time, posted hands on this board, saw patterns emerge on how to handle situations (my biggest revelations were how to handle post-flop play with only middle pair and to also not reraise preflop with crap like JQo and KJo), and I've won a ton more BBs and am about ready to make the true jump to 0.25/0.50.
Just thought I'd share that, I can tell my play is better than it used to be, but I still have much to learn.

Why is your W$SD so low?
I think you need to fold more on the flop. looks like your going to the river a lot. I fold more on the flop than you, and way less on the turn and river.
Once the flop comes out, you have seen 5 of 7 total cards. You should have a good idea of where you will stand by the end of the hand. Quit chasing the overcard and other crappy draws that even if you hit will often not be the best hand.
(Or more specifically, discount your outs for hands that may not win at showdown by about half)

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

The database contains a lot of my bad hands from as early as the end of August. Unfortunately, my range for really bad hands extends from 0 - 9000 hands. There's quite a few stinkers in there.
It's only recently that I've been improving and actually "getting" the game. It was about one month ago that I started to win more pots on average. Each day I play my W$SD increases little by little. Obviously, given my bad start, it's going to take a while before the stats average out at a better number.
I'll consider what you said about folding on the flop and make sure I address that. I'm not chasing over-cards like I used to. But, I'll still keep that in mind.
Not making excuses, just trying to put these stats in context.

I think you're ready to move up. The stats look funky like VPIP too high but you should be able to be successful at higher limits.

On a similar note, how did you export your "More Detail" page, so you could post it? I can't figure out how to do it.

Print Screen and a graphic editing program (something like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop works). I opened up my "More Details" screen, hit print screen (copies your current computer screen to your clipboard), and pasted the image in Paint Shop Pro. I cropped it as necessary and then print screened the other part of the chart, cropped, and overlaid it so I could use it as a single image.

How did you get that graph?
Is there some way to do that in PT, if so, how?

Your W$@SD is low, as others have noted. I'd watch it carefully, but everything else looks in order. Move up, see how it goes. Good luck.
