Except for pre-flop. Keep in mind this is 10PLO full of loose passives. No reads on player (does it even matter)?

well I certainly ain't folding.
If he's bluffing, then calling can extract some value from him. If he's semi bluffing a flush draw then again calling is better. If he's got A6 or 66 then if he pots 3 streets he'll be all in. Against Axxx he probably calls your raise.
I'm tentatively placing trip aces as his most likely hand, and I like the raise. Why have you no read? He's got 150BBs and you have 180BBs so I'm presuming you should have a read by now

You will run into A6xx fairly often when a loose passive guy raises hard like that. But the times that he shows up with AKxx or worse, you are slightly ahead or have a lot of outs. I'd play it the same.
