This is almost always a big pair who isn't folding. Goot? (note, it's a shorty)
Full Tilt Poker
Pot Limit Omaha Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10
6 players
Converter
Stack sizes:
UTG: $4.20
Hero: $12
CO: $4
Button: $5.10
SB: $9.90
BB: $4.10
Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with 7 J T Q
UTG raises to $0.45, Hero calls, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.
Flop: 2 4 T ($1.85, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $1.85, Hero raises to $3.7,

If he doesn't have a J or a Q then ~40%
If he has one of my cards ~35%
Your av cracks me up. Was it not animated at first? Because I remember seeing it without it moving.

With position I just call to take one off before I go to war. Most villains (especially at this level) just won't let go of AAxx or KKxx when they get popped on a totally dry board like that. And if he is bluffing missed high cards, he will be checking the turn to you anyways.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

yea, I guess you're nearly pot-stuck if you'll have 40% so you might as well get it in.
As for my Av, it wasn't animated at first, then a balla came along and hooked me up.

He has $1.90 left on the flop, so if I check and he bets I'm calling getting 4:1 to catch/he may bluff off the rest with AK high? Meh.
If I raise, I'm risking $4.20 to win $5.60 outright, which is 43%, damn. Guess folding isn't bad.
At a higher stake where this is sometimes missed overs (especially since we have 2) do you like better? I guess the call/call line doesn't look as bad, although it's pretty weak. I guess it could help the image too.

In higher buy ins, when you can actually get people off AA with a reraise this move may be worth it.
I did not run it in any calculator but your 43% seems a bit high

Very few people would lay down AAxx to a raise on a T42 rainbow flop unless the it was against a super nit. Most of the time calling a preflop raise and then raising that flop means a hand like TJQK or A35x...
