Well I've played alot of poker this month and 10k and noticed i was in a bit of a downswing. I didn't realise how sharp because I did some "Bonus work" and it masked the number, but PT doesn't lie.
So far 10k hands of LHE in 12 days this month.
Under normal circumstances I'd wait until I have 10k hands of a single limit to post something like this but the swing makes me want to post it now.
Here a chart of my last 10k hands. My biggest downswing was related to 3/6.

Heres the Dollar figure count for my swing. Looks a bit different and fairly steep over the last 4k hands.

My worst swings always coincide with terrible seat selection.

Very interesting.... probably one of your most interesting posts yet...
As for the stats:
Bet/fold the river more. Look at your BB play. 17% seems tight to me.

I dont think his swing has anything to do with horrible seat selection. If anything he may be overplaying hands because he knows he's in a good seat.
That being said, you could check/raise the turn more instead of the flop...
You've had downswings before, be glad you have bonuses there to help you out, try not to go on tilt and just keep playing. It all evens out eventually, one good week at 2/4 and you'll be back at it. You cant expect, however, your downswing to change over night. It might take a few days before you break even again, but as long as you know and understand that, then you have no reason to post this thread. There is little we can tell you about your game by looking at the stats when referring to a 180 BB downswing.

Small sample size, but hey you know that....
Yuo may wanna look into your blind play as it seems like you are spewing form both of them.
Mine is -0,25 for big blind and -0,12 for small blind.
Here's a pretty awesome post if you wanna compare stats.

And one to look trough your misc. stats to see if you're running bad. Note that this one is taken from HUSH froum so I don't know wether it apllies for fullring as well. When I checked my numbers they where pretty similar.

Stick with it and you'll get through this downswing. A pro friend of mine have gone trough a 380BB downswing at 2/4 fullring over 24K hands. he claims that he played winning poker all along. I don't know, but anyways he stayed inthere and got out of it eventually.

BB: I thought so too, but it feels like i'm blowing chips off from there.
Must be a post flop problem from playing out of position.
I'll post some hands.
River: Yea, for some reason I've been "calling down" more often than I have in the past.. doesn't seem to be working out for me.

I don't sit at random tables, I scout out my tables before I sit.
Maybe I'm focusing too much on the idiot players.

I've seen alot LESS flop raising lately and more turn raising with marginal hands. I'll see if there are more situations where I can pop the turn instead.
My last 100BB swing took about 7-8k hands to climb out of. I know I won't swing back in a day.
