$400 PL Omaha

Stack sizes are $450 (MP3), $550 (Hero), and button covers. Button is a complete station, and MP3 is a decent player.

Hero has :Qh:

4 limpers including SB to me, and I check (Pot $20)

Flop is :Ah:

Flop action is check, check, check, MP3 bets $20, Button calls $20, SB folds, Hero???

Results: Hero folds

6 outs to the nuts with a re-draw to the second nuts.

Looks like an easy call to me.

Turning a heart would make life interesting for us, but with the Ace accounted for you probably have the best flush draw. The 6 clean outs pretty much make this a call.

i thought if this was high only then it's a no brainer call. Perhaps I need to re-evaluate these kind of hands

Nevermind, title said O8, wasn't clear in the post.

Yeah, more inclined to fold here. Meh. I suck at O8 though.

In high only PLO, 2nd nut flush draw oop can be a very hard hand to play. Very high reverse implied odds, especially after a bet and a call. Ksxsxx isn't at all uncommon in PLO high like it is in PLO8. I'd dump this in PLO high, it's a huge trouble hand.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
