The play on 5/T isn't drastically above 3/6 or 2/4 (at least on P*), the first major jump is from 5/T to 10/20 imo.

I think Fnord was telling me that earlier.

I was surprised at how weak some of these players were. Less players stealing the blinds here than at 2/4. At least at my table. I'm guessing if you run up against the wrong couple players you could swing badly.

My favorite play of the night....

You raise preflop, the pot goes HU, EP bets out. You are thinking 'wtf?' you raise, he folds. Get creative people come on....

Oh, and if anyone was wondering, people still cold call 3-bets with KQs at 5/10.

Nice.

How about the obvious blind steal and you are just defending with BS and an Ace flops, you bet out and they fold with no attempt at a thought of raising.

Wait...thats exactly what i just said but reversed!

Weak tight players rock!

The one I love most is when a guy gets his bb raised from early-mid position, and he calls every time it gets raised, and the flop comes 3 rags and he check/folds. Dunno what sort of flop he was expecting....

Speaking of flops, I just flopped quads with my JJ

Sorry, sometimes I'm on IRC but not really there. Particularly after I fire up that 5th table...

I'll take posts like this more seriously after you've had a nice healthy run-in with the variance beast.

(on a $500 day and counting...)
