I joined the table a while ago and I have no reads.

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo - 9 players

UTG+1: $58.80
UTG+2: $28.10
MP1: $27.35
MP2: $46.50
CO: $44.10
BTN: $81.75
SB: $48.80
BB: $47.75
Hero (UTG): $60.10

Pre Flop: Hero is UTG with Q T T J
Hero calls $0.50, UTG+1 calls $0.50, UTG+2 raises to $1.50, 2 folds, CO calls $1.50, 3 folds, Hero calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1

Flop: ($7.25) T 8 K (4 players)
Hero bets $4.50, UTG+1 calls $4.50, UTG+2 calls $4.50, CO folds

Turn: ($20.75) J (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $19.75, UTG+2 folds, Hero ???

What's the best play?

Is this an easy fold on the turn?

If I call should I fold if I don't improve the river?

Should I lead the turn instead of checking?

I also have 1 more out for a straight flush

I think you have to lead the turn.

As played, I think there's a significant chance he's bluffing or value betting something worse than 2nd nut flush but the implied odds and position work against you and you can't really afford to find out, so I fold.

Tough hand to play oop. There is only one card in the deck that has you beat on the turn, since you hold any hearts blocking straight flushes. His almost PS bet usually indicates strong holdings. It's also a good card to bluff since you lead out on the flop then checked when a draw completed. So maybe not leading out was more profitable. Call, lead the river and pray your not on a one-way trip to coolerville where rides on the tilt-a-whirl are given at a discount. IMO. There's always 7 more outs to boat you up on the river. And since when does pokerstars respect the best hand when dealing the river?

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
People bluff a lot less frequenty in 3 way action then heads up
Since you hold the Q and T of hearts and the J came out, it is very unlikely someone was chasing a non nut flush. However at this buy in there is a chance he has hit his str8 and not a flush, I think it is a really close call between calling and folding, if you call the turn you probably have to call the river as well

There are still 3 cards that can give you the absolute nuts and 8 more to boat up and trump his flush. Ch/Ca/Ch would seem extrremely weak to the player IP. Agree? Which would make it easier for him to represent the nuts since the oop player checked the river hoping to get a free showdown instead of throwing out a VB. But its still extremely possible he does have the Ah. IMO i like calling the turn and leading the river in hopes he'll call you with worse or fold, that would take a lot of pressure off trying to make a hero call on the river. If he bombs over you then you should know where you stand, but run a 70% better chance of not getting bluffed or outplayed by a straight or worse flush, maybe even a tard who got too excited with a set. Is this the right way to play this hand? Maybe not but if I have to showdown and Im unsure about my opponents cards i like to do it under my conditions, a lot can be said for the last aggressor in this game.

and i agree 100% with badger, jap-slap that monkey on the flop with a c/raise.

I think you need to fold here, he bet the pot with someone behind him. Its a tough spot to bluff, I would have led out and then if he re-raised pot I would at least get a more definitive read. Its hard to make this play with someone behind you for almost half his stack. Id say your beat.
