Been playing PLO for about a week and absolutely loving it.

I'd appreciate any feedback on this hand. Especially the type of hand that you would put me on.

Background: This is the craziest table I've even been on in my life (and at Bodog that means something).

At one point the average pot was 200xbb which is unreal. This is primarily due to a guy running (lucking) his stack up to $550 and then losing it all over the next few hands.

Both villians are on the aggro side.

Hero: UTG and have $200 and am dealt As Ks 7h Ad
I limp (there's no reason to raise UTG and I've read it's a very bad idea).

1 limper

SB: $730 makes it pot. (He's on the aggro side, and has played smart enough to get all of the former big stacks money.)
BB $240 calls. (No real reads on him).

I call. (I thought about c/r but decided that even if I do, it's only to $25 and we'd still be far too deep for me to play my hand face up, and I was hoping for more than to just take it down preflop here.)

Both limpers call

Pot is $20

Flop comes 9h Ah 9c

SB checks it (which is very surprising as he would almost always bet here. My thought was A9, and hopefully not 99).
Everyone else checks it.
I have absolutely no idea why I checked it, I was hoping the button would try and steal the pot and maybe there'd be a c/r somewhere in there. I also figured that the only card I'd be afraid of is another 9. Otherwise I might as well have the imortal nuts.

Turn comes 4h.
Pot is still $20

SB bets pot (at this point he's likely figuring that either noone has anything and he can steal it representing A A x x, or he actually has a hand and needs to build the pot).

BB calls,
I think about raising it, but figure there's at most 2 scare cards in the deck (9 or A), the button my c/r and the sb should take another stab if it's just called around. I think my indecision made me look very weak which wasn't intentional.

Pot is $80
River comes 3h
SB bets pot
BB calls pot (pot is now $240).
I push (raise an additional $90).
SB comes over the top and raises.
BB folds.

Final pot is $500
My question is "Did I play the hand well, or just really luck out."
Would the "standard" play be to pot the flop, or wait til the turn?

Thanks in advance,

Yorib

with a well disguised top full house on a crazy table, I would play it just like you. I hate slow playing anything in omaha, but if there ever was a time, this is it.

As SB, I'd be putting you on a flush that didn't want to fold
