nah pokertracker takes care of all that rake stuff
the most likely thing that happened is probably you were missing hand histories, or forgot to import.
this happened to me before, for some reason party didn't save the hand histories on my hard drive. needless to say, one of my best sessions is now lost forever because party supposedly can't send me more than the past 200 hands.
