You have to play a certain number of raked hands before you can cash the bonus out. They add the bonus to your account right away though.
This is what I did. I deposited 100 dollars, let the bonus hit the account, then withdrew my 100.00. I then used their money as my bankroll. I played quite a bit of .25/.50 limit with the 40.00 and 10.00 they gave me and ended up winning. I then cashed everything out except for 30.00. Their support informed me that I had met the raked hand requirement, but I don't know what the requirement actually is.
Short answer, they give you the bonus right away, but you can't cash it out until you played the raked hands, but you can use the bonus to do it.
