Hello All. First off I'd like to say that your site is great. Very informative. I joined not to long ago and have only been playing Poker for about 4 months or so. I think I am an okay player for the short time I have played, but I still have a lot to learn. Next big thing I am trying to get comfortable with is calculating pot odds. Finally placed in a SnG after 2 tries. First 2 I finished 4th and 5th. In the tournament I am posting about in this thread I placed 2nd. There are a few hands I am going to post to get you guys' input as to if my play was correct, bad, fishy  etc...what you may have do differently. At the end I will post the entire group of hands that were played heads up with me and the eventual winner to see if you guys believe anything could have been done that would have allowed me to take home 1st. In this hand I was the BB in which I got to take a look at the flop without adding anymore chips and I was glad because I would have folded this hand if it was raised preflop. I hit 2 pair on the flop and a bet was made in front of me. Being the short stack, I came over the top and went all-in.

Was this the correct move or should I have just called? He took the bait, but just wondering if a call would have been in order to make sure he stayed in.
In this hand, I was again the short-stack. After the flop I had four to the nut flush. A big bet was made in front of me, but since I was the short stack I felt I needed to make a move so even before the flop I had decided that if bet into with a 4 flush I was gonna raise all-in on the draw. With the size of the other player's bet I don't think I was getting proper odds for a call, but since I was in a tourney with an opportunity to double up and raising him at least I put it on him to make a decision to call or not. I figured I could either take it down right then and there or he would call and I'd still have a decent chance at hitting my flush which I did. I guess you could say I got a little lucky, but you need a little luck in this game

This hand just a few hands later I called the same guys all-in. Again a great chance to eliminate another player. Only hands that worried me were AA or KK. Coin flip against any other pair and dominate over any other 2 non-paired cards. Plus I was suited

Now I will post my heads up play. Interested in what you guys think. To me it seemed that it just wasn't meant to be. He was just getting the cards and hitting on almost every flop as you will see since he kept showing me. I was getting crap for cards and very rarely got anything on the flop. I guess I could have bluffed a bit more, raising perhaps, but since he paired almost every flop he probably would have called and I would have been in big trouble. Not sure if I could have done anything to reverse this outcome. As I was starting to get blinded out I was plagued with the dilemma of not wanting to fold everything and give up blinds, but I at least wanted to go all-in with some sort of hand. Luckily my last hand I was dealt 3,3. Which I was perfectly fine with, but you'll see what happened on that last hand. Lets just say I wasn't happy to see the board pair twice with overcards.

Thanks for taking in the long post. I am very interested in getting you guys' input. One last question though. Anytime I flop top pair, two pair, or trips with a board showing 2 of a suit, especially if I don't have that suit, I just assume any other players still in the hand more than likely may be on a flush draw. So I always bet out to try and scare them off. My big fear is if I slow play it, it checks around the table and that suit comes up I'll think somebody has a flush and if I get bet into I will more than likely fold. Am I being too protective or is that the right way to play it everytime. I will slow play 2 pair or trips at times, but only if I see a rainbow flop.
Just curious on your thoughts....
