I've commented on this phenomenon in the party poker sngs.
DO NOT TRY TO BECOME THE HERO OF THE TABLE AND TEACH THEM A LESSON.
Reason: There are so many of them doing it that one of them is bound to catch something.
Play tighter than normal. Play super super tight. Let them play russian roullette with each other. By the middle of the tournament, 1 or 2 of them will be knocked out, and the other one will have their chips. You won't have the chip lead but getting to the middle and late levels of the tourney consistently is a much better feeling. You'll need some luck to win it at that point, but this is the only way I know how to compete with those types of players.
