Glad to know you're doing well. Do you play on Full Tilt? If so, we may meet up at the 25nl 6m tables in a few weeks.
The vertigo was hateful. I couldn't lie down. Whenever I did, nausea-inducing dizziness set in. So I had to sleep in chair sitting up. Whenever my head fell over to the side, I would wake up.
So the worst part of vertigo was severe sleep deprivation. And when it was really bad, I couldn't drive myself anywhere for a few days. Definitely no state to play pokerz in. 
Fortunately, I only teach on MWF's, so I was able to "miss" a day here and there and not cancel too many classes.
