If we got all our chips in we would need to be about 65% to win. However, if we call and lose we will still have 400 chips. So I guess we need to win a little less as we will still have some equity in the tournament. Without doing the calculation, I would think we would probably have to win 60-65% of the time.

Having a big stack stack gives you much more freedom to shove marginal hands on medium stacks. These are typically hands you have to fold when the stacks are even since your bubble factor is MUCH larger against a similar size stack.

Pinning down this value is pretty much impossible, but let's say it's worth 1-3% ROI.
