hand 1: why didn't you assign a range Pre to BB whos "pretty tight" and calling a 3bet out of position. I would have thought its more likely to be QQ+ (but could be set mining any PP)and AK so when it gets to the flop is he going to have KQ and AQ. This then leaves sets overpairs and flush draws in his range and you block his flush draws in his probable pre range. I think I'm calling the turn and hoping for a club to get the money in with.
Hand 2: I'd call this a steal....you flop an open ender, i'd have called flop and turn and folded river. He doesn't call pre, and your big turn raise with a mediocre hand or a draw. I'd check behind as I don't think he's folding to your bet and if he's calling what do you beat? Looks like he is waiting for you get the money in and then calling or shoving over.
