Hand 1: I agree with your analysis.

Hand 2: His donk bet could be strength or weakness. It's not a good flop for him to bluff at since you could easily have an overpair or strong overcards. I think a call would be best on the flop, given your OESD.

His Turn bet does looks weak, but obviously could be bait. You don't want to be a calling station, but a call lets you see a cheap River. If you miss the River, you might still be able to check behind.

As played, I don't think he calls your Turn raise without a strong hand. With the scare card on the River, your bluff will work some of the time. You set it up well. On the other hand, I'd take the opportunity to check behind and save a little money.
