Villain is 36/9/60 over 11 hands. No reads on him yet.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($9.30)
BB ($19.05)
Hero (UTG) ($10.40)
MP ($15.15)
Button ($11.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, J
Hero bets $0.35, 2 folds, SB calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25

Flop: ($1.05) 5, J, 8 (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1, Hero raises to $3, 1 fold, BB raises to $18.70 (All-In), Hero ???

Is this almost always a made set and is it okay to assume so and fold given the fact we have no information on villain?
