Depends what I think of the guy, to a decent player a non shove 3 bet looks stronger I think so I'd probably just ship or flat whatever I am playing. I would take some flops but not with K9o, just doesn't play well. I'd ship most pairs, most Ax, BWs esp off suit. Take some flops with big pairs and BW/scs. Maybe even AQ/AK but I would be planning on shipping over cBets on almost all boards if I slow play something that big.
You have to play > 1/3 your hands here or he shows a profit raising ATC even if he never wins a dime from there (and he shall win some dimes!). If you are playing so many tables you're not shoving here it's time to cut back, K9 is top 20 % and you're giving up too much to aware BU/SBs.
