i was really in the tank on this one. first, focusing on MP. he could have one of a number of things:
1. set or straight. we are crushed.
2. 2 pair. he's solidly ahead, but we have some outs.
3. top pair. he's trying to get heads up against SB. we are way ahead.
4. a draw? maybe a pair and a draw?
and while i am less worried about SB, what does he have that was good for a turn donk?
i didn't like a raise here. is anyone folding? are we crushed? what do we do if one of the villains caps?
i figured there was enough likelihood of 2, 3, or 4 and enough in the pot to justify a call. but i wonder if i actually have enough equity, or whether most of the time i am either way behind with a few outs or way behind and drawing near dead or dead. when you think about it, there is a far greater likelihood that we are way behind rather than ahead here.
in any event, i called here. SB also called.
river was Ah. both players check. what do i do now?
