I'd just shove the flop. If he had AK he would have prolly shoved pre given his steack size. KQ is an unlikely holding for him because you have two queens. And there are a lot of draws out there he might go broke with. Plus if you shove here he might think you have a draw and pay you off with a hand like TT. As played I c/r AI. QQ on a K high board is much stronger than KK on an A high board because bad players tend to play any ace but not nearly every king.
