This would be more interesting if you had 300bb effective and more 200bb+ stacks behind.
For 350 I think this is a pretty obvious jamming spot. - it's basically a semi-bluff against the rest of the table, and fine for value against the shortstack all-in. I think you have tons of fold equity.
