1) Not enough draws or possible floats missed imo. You didn't really say how passivish he is but I'm gonna assume he probably is and therefore probably doesn't bet 89 (which you have a blocker against) or 45 that often. The thing is at this point he probably thinks your a fish and is gonna be less likely to bluff you. I find when fish get deep they are much less likely to bluff in small pots.
2) Unless he's seen you do this for value I don't like it. I really don't think he's folding AK and AA like you hope because you should expect him to bet those on the river therefore a c/jam or c/c would be better if you had a set.
