In the past month I made two hero calls with overpairs live against some very scary lines on dry boards... I did talk myself into calling both times because I thought it was possible that they were turning TP into a bluff unknowingly - and that's what it was both times.
Live poker is weird.
I don't think I would necessarily raise the turn either unless I'm deep against the SB or at least 2 other players. If they're 100bb deep they'll have less than a psb on the river anyway, and by raising you're folding out draws that you want to keep in.
