Well, if your line is "I'm way ahead, so I think I'll slowplay and invite someone to push their chips in", then you are really fearing the monsters under the bed if you then worry about calling once they do it!

And if your line is "I have a very strong hand, but I still may not be ahead, and I may have to fold if someone shoves their chips in", then (1) you are crazy, as there are only 3 hands in the entire universe that can beat you, but (2) you need to raise to protect your hand based on that read.

Either way, though, I'm happy to put my chips in the middle with this hand on this board all day long.
