Why 3bet pre? What's your response to a 4bet?

I don't hate 3betting pre, but I would mostly only 3bet if I knew that:
a) they called very light OOP and played predictably postflop or
b) they 4bet/folded often and I could profitably jam over their 4bet

this depends a lot on dynamic though. If villain fires a cbet and then shuts down often then I don't mind just call 77 pre.

As played, also raise flop cause its BvB and geez.. nobody believes raises BvB!
