^^ I worked with a lady who quit smoking by smoking.
Not sure if it's ENTIRELY true but she did quit smoking.
Legend has it that she bought 3(ish) packs and sat down and just chainsmoked the fck out of them until she made herself sick and after that even the thought of a cigarette made her sick. Sort of Pavlovian conditioning.
My sister and aunt used Chantix (only available through prescription
AFAIK) and it worked though.
