No, if he shoved the river I'd fold with your read. Here his range is wide, if he shoved it would be bluffs and flushes and I don't think tight passives shove here much at all as a bluff.

possibly folding to another spade is a good reason to raise the turn. It isn't just bad for your hand, it's horrible for any non flush hand that might have paid you off. Also 7s & 6s may kill your action, or the board pairing and counterfeiting him.

But I think the best reason is passive players are not your slow play targets.
