Pokerstars is the biggest online poker sites in the web. They will not jeopardize their reputation for a measly $100.00 because they earn millions on raked hands alone. If I were you I"ll just follow their request and submit all the necessary documents needed. They just want to be sure you are not underage or the same person in the I.D or creating multi account.
