Much appreciated. I just came to realize that my 3betting is prob way too polarized, particularly at 50nl/100nl where a major mistake is to call too much. In a BTN vs CO/MP scenario I was like
{QQ+, AK, 86s - J9s, rubbish}
flatting most of the rest. At some point I stopped 3betting UTG opens completely, which is prob a waste given that too few people give credit for 3betting an UTG raiser.
My has been so - so. I got back on the grind and it was quiet swingy, banking 2BB after 7k. I´ve been more rational, stayed in line and made a couple of laydown I wasn´t always capable of. Also, I was autopiloting most of the time and didnt think much at all, just focusing on being solid and not to fancy it up.
