Folded this on 7th with a bet raise in front of me. I bet out on 4th when thought they caught bad but 2 callers made methink I was beat. 5th and 6th checked round.

Actually in the case you mentioned I dont think it is a bad fold.
The pot has 6 bets+ante, and you are facing 2 bets when the action is not closed, you may need to call 3 or 4 bets to win 3 bets, and with villian board of AJJ there is a very good chance you are beaten if he bets
