1) I probably fold pre flop
I would maybe check the turn and I would bet less for sure, makes it easier to call a raise or a bet on river.
Flip coin on river, I can see why you folded but I think he has like T98x+ some clubs/A8xx other two pair types enough to call. def close either way
2) I would just c/f the flop or maybe c/c a small bet with 4 opps.
I would never bet the Q which is a horrible card, you're hoping he has JJ/QQ or QTxx types. This is one of the main reasons I would give up on the flop because you hate pretty much all turns that are not Ks - they either put two pair or straights out
