Play your good hands fast and pay very close attention people's position and betsizing. The more you play the more you are going to figure out a lot of general bet sizing tells
You need to concentrate not on Variance or coolers because honestly the skill level at 10NL is not high. You need to focus on general solid all around poker and spots where you can pound villains, which is very often blinds. Study blind play and you can heavily increase your winrate.
